Pursuit for the Best Food
The Sea of Japan is just 10 minutes by car from Kinosaki Onsen. Yamamotoya serves crab dishes of course, and a variety of freshly-caught seafood in season, which you cannot enjoy in big city areas. Also we serve beef of Tajima-gyu, black Wagyu cattle raised in Hyogo Prefecture. Tajima cattle are genuine Japanese black Wagyu cattle, of which calves are also raised as Kobe and Matsuzaka beef cattle.
Locally Brewed Beer
Taking advantage of the clean water and clear air of Tajima, Yamamotoya brews beer at its own brewery. There are four types of beer of different flavor and aroma, which all match well with local food products, such as "Kani beer" which is the best combination with crab dishes. All of them are 100% malt beer.
Restaurant "Gubi-Gabu"
Yamamotoya also serves its locally brewed beer and dishes using local ingredients at the restaurant "Gubi-Gabu" in front of the Kinosaki Onsen Station. Please enjoy!
